  • Day 22 (8 days to go!) and I’m in the groove. Threw together a salad with all the good fats and plenty of Stewart Island Smoked Salmon that I picked up from the farmers market. Topped with the Caesar dressing I made from @nocrumbsleft πŸ™πŸΌ plus a little crunch from some flax seed crax for fibre boost ⚑️#januarywhole30 #whole30lunch #whole30nz
  • Day 21 of #januarywhole30 and it’s Sunday brunch ☺️ a little shakshouka with local capsicum, mushroom, onion, garlic and eggs in a spicy tomato sauce. Who needs bread with this we just eat it as is πŸ‘πŸ»#whole30 #foodfreedomforever
  • #Whole30 day 20 and all is well. I’ve noticed a few non-scale victories like clear sinuses, deep sleep and I just feel clear in my head.
