The Remedy Project is my personalized programme designed to help you reach your unique health and wellness goals. After our first 30 minute Health History session, we craft a customized step by step plan to help you make steady progress towards a healthier you. Whether your health concerns are losing weight, improving sleep, reducing stress, breaking unhealthy food habits or resolving digestive complaints, we can put together a plan for improved health and wellness in order to get real lasting results. Most clients work with me for 6-12 sessions to reach their goals.
