Hi there! I am Hadley Fierlinger, Certified Health Coach and founder of The Remedy Project. 

So what does a Health Coach do? I am a trained wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. I specialize in helping people improve their digestive health and overall wellbeing with the amazing power of healthy delicious food. 

My programmes, are designed to help you reach your unique health and wellness goals. Together, we design a customized step by step plan to help you make steady progress towards a healthier you. Whether your health concerns are losing weight, improving sleep, reducing stress, breaking unhealthy food habits or resolving digestive complaints, we can put together a plan for improved health and wellness in order to get real lasting results.

Free Wellness Consultation in our first one hour health history session we make a thorough inventory of your health concerns and together we come up with a structure for reaching your wellness goals. From here I offer you one of two plans…

Wellness Plan Session ($195 one session) Based on your health information and goals, I create a customized wellness plan for your specific needs including dietary guides, recipes, articles, referral to specialist practitioners, recommendations and resources on specific health conditions. Armed with this plan, you can take action steps towards improved health.

The Remedy Project is a 6 month wellness programme ($950 for 12 sessions) where we determine your health goals and create a week by week plan to make long term change. This programme includes in home cooking lessons, pantry makeover, trip to local whole foods market to learn about local organic food, and individual support including help with ongoing health concerns, dietary changes to help promote health and wellbeing. 

Consultations ($65/hr) I work with food producers, health and wellness businesses, restaurants, corporate clients and schools to develop menus, meal plans and recipe development using sustainable food practices and local ingredients.
